Tim Fanning is an accomplished hospitality executive and building engineer with over twenty years of leadership experience in upscale and luxury hotels and Class A office buildings.

Tim has opened two luxury hotels and one high-rise office building, including the complete restoration of the historic Stephen F. Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas, and the opening of the four star Inn on Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. He also re-commissioned four properties which experienced maintenance and equipment inefficiencies throughout their plant operations.

Tim proudly hails from Texas where he spent the majority of his hospitality career. While there, he served on the board of the of the Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers, became certified as a trainer for the Code of Federal Regulations OSHA 1910 Standard and garnered numerous equipment certifications, including a universal refrigeration equipment rating.

He and his family reside in Asheville, North Carolina.
