Stephanie's hospitality background has spanned two decades, culminating in a ten year career with Biltmore Estate where she led the sales and marketing campaign for the four star Inn on Biltmore Estate which opened in 2001.

Prior to Biltmore, Stephanie assisted with the expansion of the 1,000 room Sheraton Greensboro Hotel & Convention Center, conducted market and impact studies for Panell Kerr Forster and served as Catering Sales Manager for Harvey Hotels in Dallas , Texas.

Stephanie holds a BS from Cornell University – School of Hotel Administration, and an MBA from Wake Forest University .

Stephanie and her family reside in Elon, North Carolina where she serves as an adjunct lecturer for Elon University, Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
